This building you would like to look into is The Chartwell (1760 Second Avenue) - I just rented a unit in this building and the apartments are Luxury!

check out the buildings from Glenwood, they are no fees and you don't need a broker. The one I saw was in the upper 70s with a beautiful kitchen and washer/dryer.

Isn't the Chartwell right on top of the 2nd Ave Subway construction? I'd imagine that is a major inconvenience (sound, dust, etc)?
