Truth will obviously out when the first listing gets some details & or pics/floorplan added to it. [less]
Yes, it's the same apartment. A 6.5% maintenance increase took effect in January.
That vestibule for the maisonette entrance in the middle of the living room must look awkward.
Inneresting. I remember looking at the original listing and thinking it was a shame they had spent all that money making it so unattractive (everyone's tastes are different,. some are more different than others). I guess at a certain point it may get cheap enough that it will become possible to buy it as if it were an estate. That maintenance is a little steep though when calculating cost of carry and trying to value it as an option. HR - anything to add here? what level does this apartment have to trade at to make you think its worth a look at?
A guy I worked with joking said one time after we had just listened to a seller go on and on about how much their apartment was worth be4cause of how much they had spent on their (hideous) renovation: "To get the current price you take the price they paid and subtract the cost of their renovation".
Presumming this fell out of contract....how often is it the case where the seller will re-list with the same firm but a different broker? That seems odd to me.
