Discussion about Schaefer Landing North at 440 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg

Those ones seems 'reasonable' if you compare them to the 7ft wide "so-called bedrooms" you see in UWS brownstones.
I think the legal definition is at least 100 sqft + window + electric outlets
eh, i'll take small bedrooms to large living space any day. I hate to see space wasted on huge bedrooms.
I like huge bedrooms. It's nice to have them so that you can stash your computer in there so that it is not in public site.
No, its 80 sf at least 8 feet wide, but that is only for new construction. This is what i have been told...
i don't understand why people would pay big $ to live in williamsburg, bklyn.
alpine get rid of that CRT, get a flat screen :)
or lose some weight :)
no seriously... if everyone in america lost some weight, we'd have more room on the airplanes and we wouldn't need such big homes :)
Also has to have at least ?7'? tall ceiling height.
