interesting question, I've been thinking of setting up a voice chat session for Streeteasy (basically a free 24 hour conference call - for anyone with a broadband connected web browser and a headset/microphone).

Do people think this will work and intelligent conversation will occur or will it just denigrate into heavy breathing and name calling?

Seriously interested in peoples thoughts?

Can someone tell me where you can go in this town, get a hot chocolate, and NOT discuss real estate???

Sounds like the beginning of a CSI New York ..... couple of people meet a
crazy for hot chocolate after reading a StreetEasy blog, find some evidence
of a newspaper clipping (Saturday open houses) and hot chocolate residue on the bank of the East River.
