Just a prime example of how ridiculous some sections of the NYT RE Section. This property was showcased as the "Buy of the Week" a month ago, at its previous price. Today, an additional chop. I guess people didn't think it was such a good buy. Still isn't. 243 Riverside Drive #201 in Upper West Side
