Does anyone know the order of closings?

I am trying to delay as much so that I keep with the declining market, and closings are supposed to start in june, or july. Do closings generally occur ground up or top down in a condo? Or does it depend on the building?

bottom up, but....didn't you already sign a purchase agreement?
