The Red Cat, hands down. Also enjoy Omai, La Lunchonette, Momoya... Le Zie is good, but not exactly a gem...

Last time I was at the Red Cat they lost their electricity during a thunderstorm. Wound up mostly drinking rather than eating. Could explain why I didn't remember it.

The last 2 times I was at The Red Cat I was really let down--I used to love that place! Maybe just a couple of off nights?
