Discussion about 629 Kappock Street #6D
Looking into purchasing this apartment now. As a professional single female, I appreciate the 2nd BR for my office.. Although, after viewing this apartment, I don't think it's worth what they're asking.. The kitchen and bathroom are nice, but the quality of the coop is a little on the must-repair side.. Anyone else have an opinion on his space?

You could rent it for a while and see whether you still like it.
