In training in Manhattan Mid town from June 30.-Dec. 20th. needed furnished 1br. for non-smoking-non pet tenants. Would like W/D. in unit. will pay luxury premium.and rent payments in advance. Suggest you try craigslist.com.

I've rented a couple of delightful places in the past that way.
