Discussion about 270 West 17th Street #3G
I went to look at this apartment today. The apartment was clean and the layout was reasonable. However, it is on a low floor and the noise from 8th avenue was loud even with the windows closed. Also, it didn't help that the broker was not helpful. He sat on the couch during the open house and did provide any information.
