Help with ACRIS

great question, i'm still trying to figure out how to use ACRIS..but the original price would really be helpful.

look closer at the docs - it's in there

how you search for a particular address in manhattan on acris? i have tried to type in the Street address and number and nothing comes up?

#3: I have now looked closer and I don't see it - where is it? In only one case did I find a doc with a transfer *amount*. The rest are all UCC1 and UCC3 docs that record a transfer, debtor, mortgage company, etc., indicating that the loan is for shares in such and such a building with lease for x unit (these are coops I'm looking at), but no indication of price. Any further ideas?

#4: you should try to search by Borough, Block, and Lot number, which you can get from Property Shark; OR I believe ACRIS will generate it for you if you search by address. Search by address; tell it to give you the BBL number; this will turn up automatically filled in in the BBL search fields (it looks like nothing is happening when you search by address, but in fact those BBL #s are being generated; then search by BBL number for all records.
