The girlfriend and I are looking for a one bedroom apartment on the UES for at most $2,400 per month. Can anyone refer us to a broker?

I used a great broker who got me a great deal on the UES -- doorman building + high floor for less than $2600. He was straightforward yet very down to earth and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a place.
