changes in structural unemployment

this is sad and a bit scary: http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aOhkusQ9LifQ&refer=home Are all of the structurally unemployed accounted for in the U6? The way I read it, some must be, but it doesn't seem as if all are. Maybe I'll go to the bls website and see if I can figure it out.

Don't you worry about a thing -- we'll have lots of new jobs supplying raw materials to the factories of developed nations like China and India.
