We say a lovely apartment at the Avonova on 219 west 81st St. Does anyone have information on the stability of this building? It is undergoing a complete renovation.

Bernstein60: I assume you're referring to financial stability. As far as I know, there's no public information on the LLC's financials, aside from the loan documents in ACRIS. Do you have specific concerns?
