Trying to find the condo declaration on Acris for 303 East 33rd, but can't seem to track it down. Anyone know how to find it? Or is it not posted yet? As an aside, anyone ever actually been in the building or been negotiating with Toll? 9D looks like a nice unit, though $1,940 PSF is listed too high. All comments welcome - thanks.

It hasn't been filed yet. Once it has, it'll show up under that address and any apartment number.

seems like it will be a nice building in a horrible location. but i haven't looked into it much, beyond seeing the ads
