I just had few brokers who were too busy to show me a place (even with a day notice) and didnt even tell me that there was an offer. I keep trying to move forward and tells me that he / she is too busy. When I say I want to make an offer, they just say, "yah I am just too busy". Its not because the place is not available but because he is too busy doing "personal" things. Maybe I am too aggressive but I would hope that a broker would jump at a chance that I am willing to buy rather than just sit back and do open houses only.

I'm hard-pressed to believe brokers in this day and age are brushing off potential buyers in the manner you suggest. Ok, so, he couldn't show you a place with a 'day notice'? Not unheard of. Showings have to be coordinated with sellers, remember. People have lives and cannot always just drop everything because YOU want to see it NOW. Also, brokers are under absolutely no obligation to reveal other offers to you (though it is actually to their own advantage to do so).

As for the "I'm too busy to hear your offer" bit, again, I don't buy it for a moment. Seriously, is that truly what he/she said to you? Sounds like there's more to this story than is being revealed...
