My guess is $2.7mn or maybe a bit more - which surprises me. I'm saying this because it was on for a relatively short period of time, never got marked down, and they didn't have that many open houses. I thought it was priced too high and had expected to see it get marked down closer to $2.7mn and then sell for $2.5mn or so. Maybe I'll be right after all and they'll have taken a bigger % drop off their original pricing without an interim stop.

Okay, I officially have apartment envy. Sigh.

I hope $2.450,000-2.550,000. Anything higher will mess up my whole 3 dimensional pricing/expectations matrix. Anything lower, and wow! holy bejesus. I wouldn't have expected that till mid-summer.
