Just check the WSJ today on Commercial Property Woes for Banks. $216B in losses by the end of 2010. "You're talking about a depression in the U.S. economy and a major crisis in the banking system." - Richard Bove.

anyone who has invested watching CNBC is probably broke at this point. thought john stewart on comedy central did the best evisceration. it is simply info-tainment and only idiots invest based on their babble. they have a natural bullish bias as that is what their audience wants to hear. echo chamber investing for lazy dunces. i am enjoying this bear market rally though but looking for my short entry again.

cnbc is the greatest thing that ever happened to day trading. If cramer says buy, buy, buy, then all you have to do is sell, sell, sell!

Steve, are you really *this* dumb?

Since when did stocks going up did it mean RE going up?

We have stock market values at the levels of 12 years ago.
We have RE values several times 12 years ago.

RE bulls screamed and yelled how RE doesn't follow the stock market with the market was going down. Now that its going up, its supposed to mean RE is going up?

Its STILL FALLING.

It took FOUR YEARS for real estate to bottom after the 1987 crash. This RE crash is worse.
And suddenly SteveF is calling recovery when the decline JUST BEGUN.

Wow, talk about absolute denial.
