Looking to lower my rent for a Classic 7 (or a four bedroom) on the UWS. Currently in 10023 but would grudgingly consider 10024. I know that a huge C7 at 235 West 76th Street just went for $8k and there's one listed on W79th for $8400. Thoughts? Preference would be with a full-time doorman. Also, does anyone have any insight into what's going on with 30 W 70th and the estate sale? Thanks in advance
