I'm going to throw Susan a bone and forgive her for calling 1,411 sqft 1,600. Because of her declaration..."This apt has no view of Central Park". In the land of brokering, that alone deserves a bunch of high fives. In, fact, she could be risking losing her license. REBNY, section 8 rule 14, thou shall NEVER declare a negative about an apt if it is something the pigeon(client) could only ascertain after wasting their time and visiting the apt in person so you may attract a potential lead for another apt.

That apartment offers everything you could possibly want - except light, views, location, condition and flow.

NYT "Buys of the Week" seldom seem to find a buyer quickly. I think the method by which they are selected is less than scientific.

What's with the NYT? Are they so disconnected from reality as well? Or just catering to brokers who can fill ad space?

West81st, you really made my day. I visited the apartment and your comment fully describes it...
