This was one of the dirtiest, unkept places I've ever seen. Two bathrooms, but one is a giant litter box for the CATS. If you have any allergies take two pills before you go.

Don't waste your time. Horrible place! Delusional pricing at $1100 per square foot. Patio is a joke.The cyclone fence and barbed wire gives it a creepy and spooky feeling.The surrounding buildings are so close there is zero privacy. The oversized staircase is horribly located and destroys the layout on both floors. At this price it is difficult to imagine the seller is serious. After the renovation your real cost will be over 900,000.
