Discussion about 325 East 41st Street #1002
can anybody out there comment on this building and perhaps living in Tudor City ? You seem to get more for your money in Tudor City these days. The maintenance seems pretty on these apartments. Anybody know what's up here ? thanks for the help...

i've lived in tc for many years and really enjoy it. It's pretty quite and some may find it boring - just a difference in taste. Generally, all utilities are included in the maintenance, but still seem high. Note that garbage pickup for the hotel on 42nd is done from 41st street at around 1:00 am. Be sure to ask about this because could be an issue for you if this apt faces 41st st.

If apt. 1001 sold for $750,000 last year, isn't apt. 1002 asking too much ? Anybody have an opinion ?
