Do you think the information is accurate and up to date? Interested to subscribe but wasn't sure if it is worth the value. Thanks. I'm new to this site after seeing an article on NY Times.

The NYC Insider info is excellent and very up to date. It looks like depending on town, the NJ closing prices lag by a month or more.
