i attend the open house for this co-op. it's listed as 1 bedroom but the owner put up a wall and create 2 small rooms instead. Is the price worth the hassle of taking down the wall?

I saw this apartment at the open house and the broker told me that the owner will take the wall down free of charge and close up the door by the windows if the buyer wanted him to. You would just have to have it in your contract...doesnt seem like an issue if the owner is willing to do it for you.
