karen, you are correct. If you've been on here awhile, though, you will have noted that there are quite a few people who read things very literally. I personally find it a hilarious notion that someone would show up at PAS's pad, but the person showing up might not be so amused.

Sorry guys I will not be able to make the SE annual soiree. Be sure to have your name tags, cameras and notes the after party on SE msg board will be hilarious when everyone talks about each other pictures and notes may not lie LOL.

Gheez SE could of held their annual soiree @ The Edge when they had open bar oops open house.

Since you said it I will reiterate it ;-). Everyone be nice if you won't say it to the individuals face don't say it on SE msg board after the party, after all were all adults and should conduct ourselves as such. NO photo taking PERIOD.

patient09, exactly. sometimes you just have to accept a reduced life expectancy. I try to compensate with exercise, it gets me through the hog.

funny shit westelle... I own 1 bdrm co-op and commercial property in NYC... I call it what it is... NYC RE mkt will tank guaranteeeeeed.... but I've got no debt and my family's livelihood (CF) ain't dependent on NYC RE....
