upper west 90s new construction

They are all high end rentals. Most of the commercial space is rented already...a couple of banks, the Mandell school is expanding, the Solomon Schecter school, a Michael's arts and crafts, tj maxx, and of course...Whole Foods. Interesting...2 BRs starting at $3850, 3 BRs starting at $8950.

The 2BRs they're renting for $3850 must be the glorified (albeit terraced) G-line studios: MBR @ 11'10 x 9'4; 2nd BR @ 11'11 x 8'9; and LR/DR @ 11'10 x 15'5, for a total living area of around 400 square feet. I am feeling claustrophobic just thinking about it.
