love the building and the views. Some lines of apts a little small however. Always thought that it did not get the credit it deserved. I think the three sided bay windows along the north and east sides are great.

I've been trying to find my inner positive person recently, but some of these listings are poster children for the bubble. 29A in particular. I've rarely seen such a spread in listing prices in an established building, although I'm sure that will become more common. Having said that, not all (or even many) are priced at nearly double 2004 prices. 29A just took my breath away.

But the location is stellar for some. The park, the shopping, the food. You're right in that it seems on the cusp of the UWS, but still is accessible to the fun dining in Hell's Kitchen, kind of an unusual feel. Will be too busy for some, others will love the activity. And although I haven't been in the building, the views are probably spectacular from the apartments facing North.
