Shameless broker exaggeration. This is listed at 900 s.f. and described as a "true two bedroom" in the listing. The sales history show that 5G and 6G were both listed at 840 s.f. and as 1 bedrooms, with the single bedroom being the 12x17 space that has been sub-divided into 2 bedrooms in 2G, one of which is only 9.8 wide.
