Discussion about 240 W 98th Street #BCKLG
This broker seems to relist these units all the time, presumably to keep people from knowing how long they've been on the market. Has anyone seen them? Worth viewing? Is the developer going to do a decent job of renovation?

Lots of discussion on this building. The market just north of 96th has shown greater weakness in this market. Search discussions under the name "Sabrina". The broker is shady IMO. The building is a mix of residents from old rent control to new buyers combining units with gut renos. Some people have posted that they like the building and staff and there are some lines in here I really like myself but questions linger about deferred maintenance. I think the sponsor renos are standard grade, nothing special, nothing great.
