Maybe people wouldn't think it was in the basement if the posting actually had a decent description and FLOOR PLAN! How can someone list for 39 days without a floor plan? And for this amount of money to live in what looks like a home detention center full of dark rooms and bars, at least sweep the outdoor space. Odd choice to put black appliances in an already cramped looking and dark space. Light fixtures aren't doing this sale any favors either. I think the price is ambitious. From what I can put together, much of the sq/footage is fairly unusable--staging would have helped people understand how the space is used--or at least a floor plan with rooms and areas labeled.
