it shouldnt because there is a rule in there that removes duplicates.
my question goes the other direction. there appear to me to have been about five new listings yesterday. one was entirely new. the others had been listed before, but removed.
Anyhow, Noah, kudos for your amazing, unique word and persistence.. you rock!

haha...no worries. Dont worry, Ill be working on an analytical system very soon. Will announce on urbandigs.com when I start. I cant wait but I have to fulfill some obligations for clients first.

I will guys, just crazy busy now and had little time to blog over past few weeks. Once I leave Halstead, I will need 4-6 months to devote to urbandigs 2.0, for launch of the new idea, so I need to get a pipeline of deals done heading into that development phase. Almost done.
just don't start blogging about how you have "no time to blog" like doug heddings did. it's too alanis morissette definition of ironic for me.

Serious, who does he think he's kidding?? When was the last time more the 2 people commented on his entry's - telling. Read his posts a few mos back about how he was too depressed in the winter to blog. Now the brokerspeak about how busy the spring season has become. And now he wants to do video blogs. "A duck is a duck" as he would say - what an ego.
I can appreciate that Noah doesn't have the time to devote to fixing the website but for those following the inventory numbers this is a bit disconcerting. The numbers in the widget and the graph don't match each other. The graph looks like there are 38 new listings today. Are the numerical data and the graph are for different days? Also, the contracts signed 7-day data is 177, about 25 per day. But the graph shows maybe 2 days in the last week at 25 and the rest under -- don't know how that could add up to 177.
