Discussion about The Ascot at 407 Park Avenue South in NoMad
Any reason why maintenance is so high in this bldg?

dunno why, but they seem to charge like 8xx for a studio, and around 12xx for 1BRs. unless they're doing MAJOR renovations, but i'm not convinced otherwise

I walk past that building everyday, they aren't doing anything on the outside and nothing from what I can see on the inside (lobby).

i think the bldg. had some financial problems in the past and their refinancing was at high rate- thus high mortgage
