St. Vincent's hospital project on 7th Avenue

What is slated for the current ER building and 12 St from 6 to 7 Aves? This one building is only part of the project I thought. It looks to me like this will be a 2-3 year construction zone disrupting traffic on 7 Ave, 12 St., and jamming crosstown traffic on surrounding sidestreets from detours. I WOULD NOT buy on 13th and 7th without a discount for the disruption to quality of life. With the discount and bounce in value to follow completion of construction, it could possibly be worth it if you have the stomach for it. But no way would I pay current market value when the property will be depressed most surely for the years to come starting very soon.

yes, they will be building condos on 11th and 12th streets, east of 7th.
