Still going through the various agencies. Last I saw (in NY Land, I think) the developer has conceded on the height of some of the buildings.

NWT, i thought Solow got final CB approval last year, then was sued by Tudor City building? I recall the concessions, and everyone being all happy happy (well not everyone, obviously) about the outcome, as it had come down to the final wire. Does he need to start all over because of the delay?

It was in a recent CityLand, not "NY Land", but all I remember is the height thing.
