I remember the westport having them in their 1br units. Right in your price range too. Out on 10th ave and I believe 56th st.

325 FIfth Avenue fits the bill nicely for a central midtown location.

110 Washington/75 west street, right at Albany/West side highway. Some have gigantic (500-100) SF terraces. They are not all listed on streteasy so just call.

Thanks! This is really helpful. I work near washingston square park, so I am trying to find something with reasonable commuting distance that has a W/D. I will look at Brooklyn too --- any recommendations there (2Br, with W/D, good commute to Wash.Sq.Park).
