No it's not...i'd rather be doomed in Manhattan than live anywhere else. Five minutes in New York and the energy lifts you up. ENJOY

I like the Riverhouse alot. If you search streeteasy you will see there is a previous thread regarding this building. I like the location, love that it is green, I really like the finishes though they are not quite as insanely top of the line as some others. I like the nonprofits that are going in.I like the proximity to the stores at 101 warren while bein a little removed. I find that Riverhouse has some layouts that are far superior to others.Some of the 3 beds are great.I love the river views and feel that they will always be valuable.
I have not seen the offering plan so can't speak about anything specific in there.

Not to mention the 1% flip tax and HIGH maintenance + taxes. Rumour is that it's not selling very well (relatively speaking in this market) because of these issues.
