Discussion about 771 West End Avenue #5A
This place is still overpriced. It's a great apartment in a pretty nice building, but I think the owners fail to see (maybe because they've been there too long) that its (large) kitchen needs a complete overhaul, it needs 3 new bathrooms, and refitting of shelves and closets. 97th Street (albeit on WEA) is not super prime either.

Not bad space. Don't think it is too overpriced for 3 true beds, big kitchen AND study.
