Unless they are counting the bathrooms and the hallway, its about 750 sf. That a good less than advertised......

If living room is 26, I'll give it 6 feet beyond that for total width. so 32.
32 x 35 = 1120

Actually, looking at proportions, that can't be right. If its 35 wide, thats MUCH less than 32 "high". I say 25 tops.
