Anyone know anything about this building? Board requirements (other than the 50% down), etc. I'm interested maybe looking at this apt but if the board requires $2M in assets after the sale then I definitely wont bother even visiting. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/378269-coop-470-park-avenue-midtown-new-york Thanks in advance

I'd make sure to go see it during rush hour during the week. 2nd floor on Park and 58th is a traffic nightmare. Nice apt

I know the building and have friends that have been living there for more 15 years. I've heard the Board is really tough but don't know their requirements exactly.They must have changed a lot since my friends moved in.
