Does anyone know about this new building up on West 114th Street? It was supposedly sold out (the smaller units were fairly reasonably priced at first), but suddenly I'm seeing the same listings advertised and Open Houses being held.... Aand what do you all think of this area Soha? The amount of new construction up there is amazing. It seems very up and coming.... Thanks!
