sorry, but with a bigger apt going for much less in the same building this seller is treading in the lake of delusion.

$1000 per square foot is fair to slightly pricey. I don't think its delusional. If the owner is desperate maybe 10% discount.

River view would probably fetch 1200 a square foot. Good building good service. Residents say good things about the building.

that's a million bucks to live in a building that is incredibly inconvenient except for the wonderful river view....except that it doesn't have a river view.

One bedroom l shaped dining room shower, full service building. On an absolute basis I might agree with you, but on a relative basis, I have not seen inventory priced cheaper. What building, apt's on the west side are less expensive(offer better value)?

Take it with a grain of salt, but I think threads like this dilute the discussion here. there's nothing "interesting" about just another of hundreds of overpriced listings. are we going to have a thread on EVERY listing which is overpriced in NY? The signal to noise ratio is going down.

you got me...did not do research...but thinking about value in general. many rentals available in much better locations; not new construction but why would you want to live on RSB with everything negative about it without a view of the river?

It's all about the Park, the Pier and the River. You either love the views and serenity or you don't. Not everyone cares about that, I guess that's why restaurants have menus

riverside drive is quite beautiful. riverside blvd is a wastelandish eyesore with nothing to like and crashes into the park, rather than blends into the park like rsd does.
