they have contracted a few units since their last price chop. they are down to their last few and are still willing to negotiate despite the price chops.

There isn't many units left. They're selling them in the mid 500s. Depending on the unit, you can get it in the low 500s i believe.

Not bad if you ask me.

Which unit is in the low 500's? The prices on their website start at 640k. Are you saying I can negotiate that to the low 500's?

Ericho 75 is talking about PSF - the price per square foot. Prices were originally around $700 per square foot, and now a couple of units have fallen to $600 per square foot. Unit #3A is now priced at $571 per square foot. The orginal peak asking price was $1,026,000.That's a 14% price decline. Considering the maintenance, it's still on the high side, since you can find competitively priced apartments in Manhattan.
