All the newer BPC rentals.
No joke.
And you know I live in tribeca.

I don't know if combo washer/dryer units, like at 20 Pine and most other new Manhattan condos, should count as a true washer/dryer.

In addition to many owners complaining they don't dry well, you can't wash a new load while drying a clean one.

I just rented at Dwell, and they have w/d units. They are also giving 4 months free rent.

For all-rental buildings, in BPC, only Verdesian (and maybe the Solaire) have W/Ds in the units.

Damn - that's a surprise.
I do know that the Solaire does in 2 and 3 BR apts maybe not in 1BRs.
tribeca green does according to its website.

75 west street. Pre-war, doorman gigantic terraces at some too. My old unit is for rent for like $3900 plus free month. Very under the radar - look it up on NYbits, they advertise there but not here.
