Retail Leases on East 86th Street

We are know that the retail shopping district on East 86th street is undergoing change due to large upscale residential developments in the area. Does anyone know of a good source to get info on existing store leases...when they expire ? Does anyone have any insight as to which retailers may be moving in or moving out over the next 2 - 5 years ?

86th has always been middle end and with H&M on board at Lucida, there is no need to change that opinion. There was a rumor that Whole Foods was going into that space but it didn't happen. The tenants moving into these developments will continue to walk up to Madison for anything beyond Banana Republic.
