Does anyone know what's going on with this building? Was supposed to have been completed months ago but looks stalled. I'm surprised by the stalled nature of the exterior given that it is almost sold out. Seems like they have the cash to get it done.

Oh, I'm sure it will open soon since I'm expecting an invite to Dolce Gabbana's penthouse housewarming sometime in the fall!

I wonder if he'll let me use the car elevator and drive my Ferrari into his apartment?

There will be no housewarming anytime soon. The exterior concrete is still showing. This is starting to look like a 2010 opening.
