Discussion about 142 North 6th Street in Williamsburg
I live on the next block and walk past this place all the time. It seems like they finished all the exterior construction over a month ago and then just mothballed the building. I haven't seen any workers on site for a while. They even hired security to park in front 24/7. What happened here? Did everyone get out of their contracts? Is the developer in default or coming up with plan B?

does anyone else have information on this building? i, like teddy, walked by this place a week ago during a weekday and didn't see any construction happening....another scar of a building that won't get done?
