Do NOT trust this broker! She will turn on a dime. Get any promises in writing! She will find some way to cheat you if you are not careful! There are also major problems with the roof of the building, so there are leaks in the ceiling. This creates leaks in the ceiling of the apartment, especially in the bedroom, as well as the bathroom. The pipes in the bathroom are old and must be fixed. The doormen are extremely nice but the super can be lazy.
