yup -- cant wait until my ARM resets in September -- 275 above the one year treasury . . .
Rent or Buy - That would be a fabulous rate! Almost free money. ;)
It is only down about 35 bps as it was a very low rate already, but I'll take it! :)
its the RECAST that poses the potential problem..Most resets will be lower I believe and we did avoid a major potential problem there. But when loan is recast, that is another story. Media often confuses the two.
yup it is almost free -- just hopefully its still that low come september 1
