just rented at the view where some condos have gone rental. paying $2550 for 800sq ft 1bd with free parking on 15th floor. we are the original tenants. we looked at the other rocksrose rentals and they were definitely cheaper but not as nice. the rental buildings threw in free months rent. everything is negotiable.
Wow, this is still more than certain recent postings seem to suggest.
What is your take on these craigslist postings:

Sorry; don't mean to post so many links, but posts such as these on Craigslist and other RE sites had me thinking a decently-sized apartment could be had for under $2200 (even under $2000).
