Discussion about 47 West 76th Street in Upper West Side
This building is an absolute gem. Apart from its history the low maintenance is unheard of.

Yes, I agree. This building used to be the home of the "Explorers Club". The "Rowhouse" construction on West 76th Street (b/ CPW-Col)started in 1887 and became one of the first areas to receive landmark protection. The co-op does not have an underlying mortgage (my data as of April 08) and the building has been meticulously cared for over the years. That's a good combo!
